About this role
A full-time night-shift Registered Nurse role on a Med/Surg Cardiac unit at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- EKG competency per unit requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills with proficiency in English communication.

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).
