About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time night-shift RN for its Critical Care PCU Surgical unit in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established critical care protocols and advanced clinical skills. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. - Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record (EMR). - Supervise and mentor nursing staff while participating in quality improvement initiatives. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Critical care clinical skills appropriate to a PCU/surgical unit. - Strong EKG knowledge and ability to interpret rhythm strips. - Proficiency in EMR documentation; experience with Cerner or EPIC preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized). - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible external candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan and career development resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based, full-service hospital located at 3100 E.
