About this role

A full-time night-shift RN opening on the Critical Care PCU Surgical 2 unit at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Perform accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (Cerner/EPIC) - Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - Critical care skills aligned with unit-defined competencies, including EKG interpretation - Experience in a specialty or critical care area (preferred) - Proficiency with electronic medical records; Cerner or EPIC experience preferred ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized) - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - Up to $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based acute care hospital located on East Fletcher Avenue, serving the greater Tampa Bay area with a full spectrum of inpatient and surgical services.
