AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor at its outpatient clinic located at 755 Rinehart Rd in Lake Mary, Florida. ### What you'll do - Supervise, orient, and train clinical departmental personnel while coordinating daily work assignments and operations - Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate workflow and ensure quality patient care across departments - Assist in performance evaluations and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions - Conduct regular team meetings and attend provider meetings to keep medical staff and managers informed - Drive patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction survey scores through operational improvements - Ensure compliance with job descriptions, personnel policies, and payroll practices ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Minimum 2 years of position-related clinical experience (required) - Active BLS/CPR certification (required) - One of the following certifications (required): CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or CMAC - Demonstrated ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate multi-department workflows ### What's included - Compensation range: $23.91–$44.46/hr (~$49,733–$92,477 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
