AdventHealth Waterman is hiring CT Technologists for full-time and PRN positions at its Tavares, FL campus and the AdventHealth ER in Fruitland Park, FL.
### What you'll do
- Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols, optimizing image quality for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare and administer IV contrast material, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and follow established safety guidelines.
- Position patients accurately using immobilization devices while applying ALARA radiation safety principles.
- Review patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify contraindications.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR and PACS systems throughout each shift.
- Operate CT scanners, injectors, and monitors safely across patient populations of all ages and acuity levels.
### What we're looking for
- ARRT Radiography (RT(R)) certification — required.
- BLS/CPR certification — required.
- ARRT-CT certification — preferred.
- 1+ years of radiology experience with completion of a CT training program — preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology — preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated IV competency and working knowledge of radiation safety concepts.

- Hourly pay range: $28.68–$53.35 (annualized ~$59,654–$110,968).
