AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Emergency Room RN at its Highlands Ranch, Colorado facility, with day and night shift options and a sign-on bonus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions - Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and ensure effective communication - Respond promptly to code situations, providing necessary interventions to stabilize patients ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - EKG competency per unit credential grid requirements - 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills ### What's included - Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hour ($71,261–$123,219 annualized) - Sign-on bonus (details provided at offer) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME and career development resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
