Colorectal Surgeon

Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon to join its surgical team in Columbia, MD, performing advanced minimally invasive and robotic procedures within a mission-driven health system. ### What you'll do - Perform minimally invasive and robotic colorectal surgical procedures - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care - Contribute to the development and standardization of surgical best practices - Manage the full perioperative care of colorectal patients across the care continuum ### What we're looking for - Board certification or board eligibility in General Surgery with subspecialty training in Colorectal Surgery - Fellowship training in colorectal surgery - Proficiency in minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques - Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Compensation and benefits package through Ascension Medical Group - Support from a large, mission-driven health system infrastructure ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is the employed physician group of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
