About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager – OR Circulator (Evening Shift) at its surgical services department in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Perform and oversee venous access procedures and infusion therapy, adjusting care plans based on patient response.
- Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and manage complications.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy.
- Provide bedside patient education on venous access and infusion therapy processes.
- Monitor nursing staff performance, deliver feedback, conduct appraisals, and lead improvement plans to uphold clinical standards.
- Lead unit-level performance improvement initiatives and support day-to-day OR operations.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of charge nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, financial/productivity management awareness, and EHR proficiency.

- Hourly pay range: $38.54 – $71.69 (approximately $80,163 – $149,115 annualized).
