Neurointerventionalist

Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Neurointerventionalist to join its cerebrovascular program in Jacksonville, FL. ### What you'll do - Perform endovascular thrombectomy and other neurointerventional procedures for acute stroke patients - Treat a broad range of cerebrovascular disorders including aneurysms, AVMs, and stenosis - Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, and emergency medicine teams in a multidisciplinary stroke care model - Contribute to the development and expansion of a thrombectomy-ready Neuroendovascular program - Support program growth initiatives and help establish clinical protocols and quality benchmarks ### What we're looking for - Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty (Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Radiology) with fellowship training in Neurointerventional Surgery - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Clinical experience performing mechanical thrombectomy and endovascular cerebrovascular procedures - Ability to participate in call coverage for acute stroke intervention - Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient outcomes ### What's included - Compensation details available upon application - Malpractice coverage provided through Ascension Medical Group - Access to Ascension system-wide benefits including health, dental, and vision - CME allowance and professional development support - Retirement plan with employer contributions ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is part of Ascension, one of the largest non-profit Catholic health systems in the United States, with a robust presence across Jacksonville, FL.
