Ascension Medical Group is hiring a Gastroenterologist to join Ascension St. Vincent's in Jacksonville, FL. ### What you'll do - Evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal conditions across the full spectrum of GI disease - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures - Participate in academic programs and contribute to the teaching mission of Ascension St. Vincent's - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes - Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to Ascension Medical Group care standards ### What we're looking for - MD or DO degree with successful completion of a GI fellowship - Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Commitment to both clinical excellence and academic engagement - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based care ### What's included - Compensation details available upon application - Full benefits package through Ascension Medical Group - Support for CME participation and professional development - Malpractice coverage provided ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is the employed physician group of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States.
