About this role

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time Emergency Department RN for evening shifts (1p–1a) at its hospital in Littleton, Colorado, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for ED patients. - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Respond promptly to code situations, delivering interventions to stabilize patients. - Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred). - EKG interpretation skills per unit requirements. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and abstract-reasoning abilities to assess patients and revise care plans in real time. ### What's included - $10,000 sign-on bonus. - Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr (~$71,261–$123,219 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day 1. - Paid Time Off from Day 1. - 403(b) retirement plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
