About this role
AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shift (7p–7a) and part-time evening shift (3p–3a) at its Parker, Colorado campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing interventions to stabilize patients.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing — required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — required.
- EKG interpretation skills per unit credential grid.
- 1+ year of acute care hospital experience — preferred.
- Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and team-based communication skills.
### What's included
- Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr (approx. $71,261–$123,219 annually).
