About this role
Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist to join its cancer care team in Milwaukee, WI, with a focus on building and leading a comprehensive gynecologic oncology service line.
### What you'll do
- Lead the development and growth of a gynecologic oncology service line within Ascension Medical Group
- Provide surgical and medical management of gynecologic malignancies including ovarian, cervical, uterine, vulvar, and vaginal cancers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams including medical oncology, radiation oncology, and pathology
- Utilize advanced surgical technology and techniques to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in tumor board conferences and contribute to treatment planning discussions
- Mentor clinical staff and contribute to program development initiatives
### What we're looking for
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology with fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology
- Active or eligible Wisconsin medical license
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in the surgical and medical management of gynecologic cancers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
- Strong interest in service line development and programmatic leadership
