What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established multi-speciality practice located in Wauwatosa, WI
- Very collegial group of providers who are team-oriented and experienced with opportunity for mentorship
- Call is shared with Family Medicine group - 1:12
- Provider covers self M-Th evening in addition to after hours triage Nurse line
- Outpatient specialty providers on campus include: Endocrinology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, GI, OB-Gyn, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Rheumatology, Urology, Vein Center, Dietary, Podiatry, Pain Management, Nephrology
- Outpatient lab and imaging services on site
- All Physicians are supported by 1 Medical Assistant
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
- Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
- Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
- Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
- Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
