What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Outpatient Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Waukesha, WI at a newly re-opening clinic with a fresh operational launch
- Solo provider practice with strong support structure and access to a larger clinic call group
- Provide comprehensive primary care services with on-site lab capabilities
- Manage an average of 16–18 patients per day with a focus on quality, patient-centered care
- Flexible schedule of 4 days per week, including 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours
- After-hours call limited to your own patients Monday–Thursday, with shared weekend call rotation (approximately 1:8)

- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
- Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
- Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
- Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
- Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
