About this role

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time Supervisor of Respiratory Services at its hospital campus in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Manage and supervise day-to-day respiratory department operations in collaboration with Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff. - Conduct and ensure daily rounding for outcomes across inpatient units. - Educate staff and hold the team accountable for patient experience standards and tactics. - Participate in behavioral-based interviewing for new hires and conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations of new staff. - Liaise with divisions hospital-wide and regionally, completing duties in a timely manner and communicating proactively when delays arise. - Collaborate with peers and leadership to foster positive interdepartmental working relationships and optimal patient outcomes. ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (required). - State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (required). - Minimum 3 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience (required). - Active BLS and ACLS certifications (required). - PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications (preferred). - NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT-NPS) credential (preferred). ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $30.16–$56.09 (approximately $62,733–$116,667 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-based acute care hospital located in Rome, Georgia, part of the AdventHealth system serving communities across multiple states.
