Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a full-time Hospitalist to join its inpatient team in Racine, WI. ### What you'll do - Provide direct inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients across the care continuum - Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient management - Manage admissions, discharges, and transitions of care - Communicate with patients, families, and referring providers regarding treatment plans ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field - Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Commitment to collaborative, team-based clinical practice - Strong communication and care coordination skills ### What's included - Compensation and benefits package offered by Ascension Medical Group (details provided during recruitment process) ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is part of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States, with a broad network of hospitals and outpatient facilities.
