Ascension Alexian Brothers is looking to hire a Chief Medical Officer to join our team!

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Salary: $313,891 - $431,600

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

What You Will Do

Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversee clinical activities and quality across the organization.

• Leads and implement the clinical direction for the organization.
• Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
• Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans.
• Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
• Oversee residency program(s) and maintain a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
  obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Credentials are verified by local staff
  credentialing office.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of
  Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Optometry (OD), or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
