Physician - Palliative Care Hospice

Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join their hospice and palliative medicine program in Elk Grove Village, IL. ### What you'll do - Provide palliative and hospice care to patients across the care continuum - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Manage complex symptom burdens and goals-of-care conversations with patients and families - Support patients and caregivers through end-of-life planning and decision-making ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine - Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain - Experience in palliative care, hospice, or a related specialty - Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills ### What's included - Compensation and benefits details available upon inquiry - Support for continuing medical education (CME) - Malpractice coverage through Ascension Medical Group ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is a physician-led multispecialty group operating within Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
