OB/GYN Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring an OB/GYN Hospitalist to provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care at their facility in Fishers, IN. ### What you'll do - Provide 24/7 inpatient OB/GYN coverage in a high-volume labor and delivery setting - Manage obstetric emergencies and unassigned patients presenting to the unit - Perform gynecologic procedures and surgical interventions as needed - Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes - Support laborists and attending physicians with complex or escalating cases ### What we're looking for - Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN - Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort managing high-acuity obstetric and gynecologic cases in a hospitalist model - Ability to work flexible shift-based scheduling ### What's included - Flexible shift scheduling with provider input on shift selection - Ascension system benefits package - Malpractice coverage through Ascension Medical Group ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is the employed physician arm of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States.
