Internal Medicine Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a full-time Internal Medicine Hospitalist to provide inpatient care at their facility in Carmel, IN. ### What you'll do - Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients across the full spectrum of internal medicine conditions - Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and care teams to support safe, efficient transitions - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes - Manage day-to-day inpatient workflows including admissions, rounding, and discharges ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine - Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain licensure - Commitment to delivering high-quality inpatient care - Strong communication and care-coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams ### What's included - Compensation details available upon application - Employment through Ascension Medical Group, a large integrated health system ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is part of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
