Internal Medicine Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a full-time Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join the inpatient team at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. ### What you'll do - Manage the full inpatient care cycle for adult medicine patients within a Level 1 trauma center - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and drive safe discharges - Round on assigned patient panels and document clinical findings in the EMR - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and consulting services throughout the hospitalization ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Hospitalist Medicine - Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Commitment to high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative environment - Ability to work a flexible scheduling model ### What's included - Flexible scheduling with shift options to support work-life balance - Access to the resources of a large integrated health system - Competitive compensation through Ascension Medical Group ### About the practice Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis is a Level 1 trauma center and one of the largest hospitals in Indiana, offering hospitalists access to a broad and complex patient mix.
