OB Hospitalist High Risk - PRN

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a PRN OB Hospitalist with high-risk obstetrical experience to provide inpatient maternal coverage at their Indianapolis, IN facility. ### What you'll do - Provide comprehensive obstetrical coverage in a high-risk inpatient environment - Manage labor and delivery, including emergent and complex cases - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes - Respond to obstetric emergencies and support nursing staff on the unit - Participate in care coordination for high-risk antepartum and peripartum patients ### What we're looking for - Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN - Experience managing high-risk obstetrical cases, with interest or background in maternal-fetal medicine - Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based hospital environment - Comfort with a hospitalist-model schedule, including shift-based coverage ### What's included - PRN/per-diem scheduling flexibility - Malpractice coverage provided through Ascension Medical Group - Access to Ascension system resources and clinical support teams ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is part of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States, with a strong presence across Indianapolis and the broader Midwest region.
