Ascension Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join Public Safety Medical in Indianapolis, IN, providing specialized medical evaluations and care for first responders.
### What you'll do
- Conduct specialized medical evaluations for first responders including police, fire, and EMS personnel
- Deliver comprehensive internal medicine care focused on occupational health and public safety populations
- Assess and manage acute and chronic medical conditions common among first responders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the health and fitness of public safety personnel
### What we're looking for
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Active Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Clinical experience in internal medicine, occupational medicine, or a related field
- Strong skills in comprehensive physical examination and evidence-based patient management
