What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, dedicated to improving the health and safety of fire, emergency medical services and law enforcement personnel.
- Practice includes 1 full time physician, 1 PRN physician and 5 APP’s
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Call structure: None at this time
- Lead comprehensive physicals and critical health assessments for our client population of first responders ensuring their optimal safety and readiness for service.
- Create specialized, long-term health strategies focused on mitigating the unique risks faced by first responders, such as job-related cancer and chronic conditions, to improve their long-term well-being.
- Conduct essential medical assessments for pre-employment applicants and current employees returning to safety-sensitive work, providing expert opinions to guarantee a safe and effective workforce
- Provide expert education and counseling on risk assessment and disease prevention, empowering patients to proactively manage their health and reduce long-term risk
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
