- Base Salary: $460,000 two-year income guarantee followed by RVU production
- Incentives: Commencement bonus, Relocation allowance, Loan assistance, Quality bonus, Residency stipend
- CME: Annual allowance $4250 | 5 additional days outside of PTO
- Malpractice: Provided through Ascension's comprehensive program. Includes tail coverage.

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated OB/GYN Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- The Team & Structure: Join a highly collaborative and established team consisting of 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant.
- Call Schedule: Share night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities with the group finalizing modified call structures alongside the OB Hospitalist group to maximize work-life balance.
- Care Setting: Navigate a dynamic, mixed inpatient and outpatient care setting providing continuous coverage for women's health needs.
- Recognized for clinical excellence: this practice consistently ranks near the top of the Ascension Medical Group (AMG) for quality and maintains an outstanding patient satisfaction rating with a Net Promoter Score exceeding 90%.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Direct patient care utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to secure top-tier quality outcomes and consistently exceed patient satisfaction standards.
- Enhance Patient Access: Collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary lines—partnering with Nursing, Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, and Neonatology teams—to deliver highly synchronized, patient-centered care.
- Ambulatory Surgery Center: Unique physician ownership opportunity through Surgicare, allowing eligible physicians to purchase shares in the ambulatory surgery center and participate in quarterly distributions and incentive compensation.

- Position Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) and hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
