OB/GYN Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring an OB/GYN Hospitalist at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. ### What you'll do - Manage high-volume obstetric and gynecologic clinical scenarios in a hospital setting - Lead and perform emergency gynecologic surgeries as required - Provide inpatient coverage for laboring and postpartum patients - Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and other clinical teams to deliver coordinated women's health care ### What we're looking for - Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician (MD or DO) - Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort managing high-acuity obstetric emergencies and urgent surgical cases - Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment ### What's included - Compensation and benefits details available upon application - Positions within Ascension Medical Group typically include malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and retirement benefits ### About the practice Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital is a tertiary care facility in Nashville, Tennessee, part of the Ascension health system — one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
