OB/GYN Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring an OB/GYN Hospitalist at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. ### What you'll do - Manage high-volume obstetric and gynecologic clinical scenarios in a hospital-based setting - Provide expert inpatient care for women's health and obstetric emergencies - Collaborate with nursing, midwifery, and interdisciplinary teams on labor and delivery - Respond to obstetric emergencies and support antepartum and postpartum patients - Partner with outpatient OB/GYN providers to ensure continuity of care during hospital admissions ### What we're looking for - Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician (MD or DO) - Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Experience managing high-acuity obstetric and gynecologic cases - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment - Strong interpersonal and team-based communication skills ### What's included - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience - Comprehensive benefits package through Ascension Medical Group - Malpractice coverage provided - Supportive workplace culture with collaborative team environment ### About the practice Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital is a full-service acute care hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, and part of Ascension — one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
