Physician - Hospitalist

Ascension Medical Group is hiring a part-time Hospitalist physician at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. ### What you'll do - Provide inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients across the care continuum - Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient management - Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning for assigned patients - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and outpatient providers ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine - Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Experience in hospital medicine or inpatient clinical settings preferred - Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills ### What's included - Competitive part-time compensation commensurate with experience - Malpractice coverage provided through Ascension Medical Group - Access to the benefits and resources of a large integrated health system ### About the practice Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital is part of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
