About this role
Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Nocturnist Hospitalist to join its overnight inpatient team at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
### What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for hospitalized patients
- Manage a caseload of inpatient admissions during night shifts
- Coordinate care decisions and communicate with day-shift hospitalist teams
- Respond to acute changes in patient condition throughout the night
### What we're looking for
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in hospital medicine or inpatient clinical settings
- Ability to work overnight shifts with consistent reliability
