This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs
- Call structure: 1:4 M-TH and 1:8 weekends
- Practice setting: outpatient clinic and endoscopy suite
- Access to Support staff
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and digestive disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Perform endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and GI procedures
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with primary care physicians, surgeons, hospitalists, and other specialists.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance, and reimbursement requirements

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
