- Productivity Incentives: Competitive 2 year guarantee, then transition to RVU Corridor Compensation Plan

- Call structure: Flexible. We prioritize work-life balance through a highly structured call schedule. Our providers typically participate in a manageable rotation of call.
- Practice setting: Mixed (outpatient and inpatient)
- Key Procedures in Clinic: Eustachian Tube Dilation, Biopsy, Skin Lesion Removals, Ear Cubes, Scopes and Ultrasounds
- Access to: Robotics | Dedicated block time | Support staff | Audiologists
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Collaborate across specialty consultations—both inpatient and outpatient—to provide expert medical insights and ensure 24/7 care continuity.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality medical care to patients within your assigned area, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to improve health outcomes.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
