### What you'll do
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering specialized hematology care to pediatric patients
- Manage and advance the clinical program for pediatric sickle cell disease

- Conduct or support innovative clinical research to improve patient outcomes
### What we're looking for
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- MD or DO with fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
- Clinical expertise in sickle cell disease management
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary care teams
- Interest or experience in clinical research and quality improvement
