What You Will Do
Join the world class team at Dell Children's Medical Center as a visionary to serve as a Program Director and lead our dedicated team in advancing exceptional clinical care, education, and innovative research.
Champion clinical excellence and lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of comprehensive care for approximately 250 pediatric sickle cell patients.
Drive program growth and innovation by developing and evaluating evidence-based protocols that directly improve patient outcomes and advance the delivery of care.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic, community, and advocacy stakeholders to expand the program's reach and strengthen community support.
- Provide clinical leadership for the multidisciplinary SCD program, a NASCC site.
About the Practice
- 13 experienced Pediatric Hematology-Oncology physicians
- Integrated team with advanced practice providers, program coordinator, social work, and psychology
- Outpatient, weekday clinic
- Collaborates closely on joint initiatives in pain management, pulmonary hypertension, moyamoya/vasculopathy, and quality improvement
- As the clinical partner site for Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, we play an active role in the education and training of future physicians.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
