<p>Florida Coast Medical Center — a brand-new acute care facility opening in Port Saint Lucie, Florida in September 2025 — is recruiting a Per Diem Operating Room Registered Nurse to join its inaugural surgical team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the culture and workflows of a state-of-the-art hospital serving the Treasure Coast region, with a surgical program spanning premier surgical care, orthopedic and spine surgery, neurosciences, cardiac, vascular, cancer, and urology. Day-shift, per diem scheduling offers flexibility while placing you at the center of a high-acuity, multi-specialty OR environment from day one.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program; active Florida RN license required</li> <li>Periop 101 program completion or comparable perioperative nursing training</li> <li>Minimum one year of RN experience, or previous Scrub Technician experience accepted in lieu</li> <li>Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association</li> <li>E-Verify work authorization eligibility required</li> </ul>
