<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience required; cardiac or cardiovascular unit experience strongly applicable</li> <li>ACLS required upon completion of orientation (per cardiac unit requirement)</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience preferred</li> <li>Certification in cardiac or cardiovascular specialty area of practice preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical decisions in high-acuity, high-stress situations</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience with budget management and change implementation preferred</li> </ul>
