Fort Mill Medical Center — a 100-bed acute care facility that opened in 2022 in Fort Mill, SC — is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Supervisor role on the Medical/Surgical unit. Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum
  • Valid permanent Multi-State RN license from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within the orientation period
  • Additional unit-specific certifications required within the orientation period
  • 2–3 years of acute care or comparable clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
