Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum
- Valid permanent Multi-State RN license from state of residence required; RNs holding a compact license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN license from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within the orientation period
- Additional unit-specific certifications required within the orientation period
- 2–3 years of acute care or comparable clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
