A full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity is available at Baptist Health Paducah, a 373-bed regional medical and referral center in Paducah, Kentucky that serves more than 200,000 patients annually across four states. This is a daytime-only, no-procedures hospitalist APP role supported by a two-APP daily coverage model and a dedicated Intensivist team — a clean, well-structured practice with predictable block scheduling and Epic EMR. The facility is a U.S. News & World Report "High Performing" hospital with advanced cardiac, oncology, neurology, and the region's only Level 3 NICU, making it one of the most clinically comprehensive settings in Western Kentucky.

Practice Highlights

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Kentucky
  • Acute care training background preferred (acute care NP certification or PA training with inpatient/hospital medicine experience)
  • Comfort with inpatient evaluation and management in a high-volume regional referral environment
  • No procedural competency required for this role
