The 7-on/7-off night schedule delivers a true half-year off, and a compensation model that pays the greater of an hourly rate or RVUs each month ensures your earnings are always optimized. This is a W2 position at one of the most decorated hospitals in Texas, supported by APP night coverage and integrated with employed Emergency Medicine and Critical Care colleagues.

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM or ABFM)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Active Texas medical license or demonstrably in progress toward licensure
- Comfort managing a full overnight admission census in a high-acuity, multi-specialty tertiary care environment
- Collaborative practice style suited to working alongside APPs, EM, and Critical Care teams
