The position combines hands-on clinical work with direct oversight of team scheduling, policy development, and clinical standards in a purpose-built ASC environment.

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Demonstrated clinical experience in ambulatory/outpatient anesthesia across orthopedic, ophthalmologic, ENT, or related subspecialty cases
- Prior leadership experience — or readiness to step into a formal leadership role — overseeing team scheduling, credentialing, and clinical standards
