The anesthesia team comprises 19 physicians and 44 CRNAs/AAs managing more than 21,000 annual cases across a newly opened, state-of-the-art surgical institute — one of the most modern OR environments in South Florida. Qualifications
- Experienced CRNA or Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) with demonstrated clinical leadership capability
- Current Florida APRN or AA licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Comfort with the full breadth of the case mix, including cardiac, OB, vascular, thoracic, and robotic procedures
- Prior APP leadership, supervisory, or vice chief experience preferred given the scope of the role
