The position features a $150,000 start-date bonus tied to a four-year commitment, dedicated 24-hour OB-only shifts, and a care team model that keeps CRNAs running the floor with attending backup available as needed — not directing every case. Practice Highlights
- Approximately 225 births per month; C-sections average 2–3 per 24-hour shift

Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required
- Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain
- Proficiency in spinal anesthesia, epidural placement, epidural blood patch, and general endotracheal anesthesia (GETA) required
- Prior OB anesthesia experience strongly preferred given the volume and independent practice model
