About the Community
Chandler sits just southeast of Phoenix — the nation's fifth-largest city — and consistently earns placement on national best-cities lists from publications including Money and Prevention, as well as Relocate America's Top 25. Once a small agricultural town, Chandler has evolved into a thriving high-tech hub in the "Silicon Desert," blending historic charm with modern amenities, year-round sunshine, world-class golf, upscale dining and shopping, and easy access to everything the greater Phoenix metro offers. Cost of living remains favorable relative to comparable Sun Belt markets, and the region's rapid growth means strong schools, infrastructure, and community investment continue to expand.
