About the Community

Bartlett is a consistently top-ranked suburb of Memphis, Tennessee — known for its highly rated public schools, low crime rates, and strong sense of community, making it a natural draw for healthcare professionals with families. The Memphis metro area offers a rich cultural scene, world-class barbecue, live music, and professional sports, while Bartlett itself provides a quieter, residential quality of life with easy access to all urban amenities. Tennessee's lack of a state income tax is a meaningful financial advantage, and the region's cost of living remains well below national averages for comparable metro areas.
