Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active RN licensure or permit in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for Med/Surg/Telemetry RNs
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for an assigned patient caseload across a full shift
- Comfort with supervising and delegating to support staff at the unit level
