The flagship Shea Medical Center is a 427-bed tertiary referral hub with a dedicated pediatric ED, pediatric ICU, Level III NICU, and a full roster of specialty service lines including cardiology, oncology, neurology, and orthopedics. With 45,000 annual ED visits, a 25-bed main ED, 4-bed Fast Track, and a 10-bed pediatric emergency department, this is a high-volume, high-acuity environment backed by a comprehensive W-2 benefits package.

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine required
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort managing the full spectrum of adult and pediatric emergency acuity across a high-volume, multi-site system
