<p>Medical City Arlington — a 493-bed, nationally recognized acute care hospital in Arlington, TX — is recruiting experienced Physician Assistants (PA-C) and acute-care trained Nurse Practitioners for its established Hospitalist program. This is a dedicated nights-only position running a clean 7-on/7-off schedule, placing you at one of the top 2% hospitals in the country for clinical quality while preserving a predictable, balanced lifestyle in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active PA-C certification required, or NP with acute-care training and certification — no exceptions</li> <li>Active Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Hospitalist experience preferred; candidates without prior hospitalist experience will be considered</li> <li>Comfort managing complex inpatient acuity consistent with a Level II Trauma, Comprehensive Stroke, and tertiary-level hospital environment</li> </ul>
