<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; higher nursing degrees welcome</li> <li>Monitor experience or completion of an EKG course (or Learnshare equivalent) required</li> <li>Two or more years of experience in acute care, critical care, or emergency department settings strongly preferred</li> <li>Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; RNs holding a Compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS CPR required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPI certification required within the orientation period</li> <li>ENPC, TNCC, and CEN certifications preferred</li> </ul>
