Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, or Critical Care / ICU required
- Comfort managing observation-level patients across a broad acuity spectrum, including medical, surgical, and trauma presentations
- Experience working within or alongside an ED in a high-volume, academic, or teaching environment preferred
- Familiarity with Epic EMR is an asset
