Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona is recruiting a full-time Anesthesiologist for a dedicated Nocturnist role within the West Valley Division of a well-established, multi-site anesthesiology group. This is a structured night-float position at a 561-bed Level I Adult Trauma Center that recently completed a $290 million expansion and ranks among the top hospitals in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
  • Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Comfort with high-acuity, mixed surgical case volume including trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, transplant, and pediatric anesthesia
  • Ability to sustain a consistent overnight/nocturnist schedule in a Level I Trauma environment
