Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine required
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pulmonary Disease and/or Critical Care Medicine
- Active Texas medical license or application actively in process
- Prior physician leadership experience preferred (program director, medical director, section chief, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and recruit clinical staff in a high-acuity environment
