Medical City Plano — a 603-bed, Magnet-recognized Level I Trauma Center in Plano, Texas — is recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or acute-care trained Nurse Practitioner to join its established Hospitalist program on the night shift. This is a pure nocturnist APP role working directly alongside two Nocturnist physicians with full specialty backup available at all times. The 7-on/7-off schedule delivers genuine work-life balance, and the $75/hour base rate plus bonus opportunities positions this role competitively within the DFW market.

Qualifications
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or licensure as an acute-care trained Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP)
- Active Texas PA or NP license, or eligibility to obtain
- Hospitalist or inpatient acute-care experience strongly preferred
- Comfort managing high-acuity inpatient medicine overnight in a large, tertiary-level facility
