Nashville Anesthesia Services is recruiting a full-time, W-2 CRNA to join a 40-person anesthesia care team covering two TriStar community hospitals — Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville and StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN — plus three affiliated surgery centers. The case mix is broad and varied, the MD-to-CRNA ratio is a collaborative 1:4, and the group is actively building toward guaranteed post-call days off as staffing grows. Practice Highlights
- Anesthesia care team of 12 physicians and 28 CRNAs across two hospital campuses and three surgery centers

- Reasonable call requirements with post-call time off standard practice; group is actively working toward guaranteed post-call days off as team expands
- TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center: 126-bed comprehensive facility with more than 40 years serving the Nashville region; services include cardiology, bariatric surgery, diagnostic imaging, emergency, orthopedics, spine, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services, and wound care
- Southern Hills is a Joint Commission Top Performer, an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI capability, and a designated Primary Stroke Center

Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) required
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Tennessee APRN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Comfort with a high-variety community OR case mix including general, orthopedic, spine, GI, ENT, and select pediatric cases
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply
