About the Community

Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, offering a rare combination of urban energy, cultural richness, and Southern livability. Home to Vanderbilt University, a world-class food and music scene anchored by the Grand Ole Opry, the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and a thriving honky-tonk district, Nashville draws residents who want a major-city experience without the cost of living found on the coasts. Smyrna, where StoneCrest is located, sits just 25 miles southeast of downtown Nashville — close enough to enjoy everything the city offers while providing a quieter, suburban quality of life with excellent schools and easy highway access.
